Ingredients

Lobster Ingredients
  • 4 pieces lobster tails
Butter Sauce Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish
  • 1 unit Juice of 1 lemon For zestiness

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the lobster tails on a cutting board, shell side down. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the center of the shell, stopping just before the tail.
Cooking
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for about a minute until the garlic is fragrant.
  2. Pour the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, ensuring every nook is covered.
  3. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over the lobster.
  4. Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Notes

Keep an eye on the lobster while baking to prevent overcooking. The shells can be used as serving bowls for presentation.
