Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of the lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin.
Making the Garlic Butter
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add in the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cooking the Lobster Tails
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the lobster tails generously.
- Place the tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm.
Serving
- Once cooked, drizzle any leftover garlic butter over the lobster tails and serve with a side of veggies or a salad.
Notes
The sauce may look lumpy; this is normal and full of flavor. Leftover garlic butter can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. You can also grill the lobster tails for a different flavor.
