Ingredients

For the Lobster Tails
  • 4 pieces lobster tails
For the Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped or more if desired
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes for a kick

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of the lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin.
Making the Garlic Butter
  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add in the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cooking the Lobster Tails
  1. Drizzle the garlic butter over the lobster tails generously.
  2. Place the tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, drizzle any leftover garlic butter over the lobster tails and serve with a side of veggies or a salad.

Notes

The sauce may look lumpy; this is normal and full of flavor. Leftover garlic butter can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. You can also grill the lobster tails for a different flavor.
