Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces lobster tails Fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the tops of the lobster tails lengthwise for presentation and to enhance flavor absorption.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for a minute to blend the flavors.
Cooking
  1. Place lobster tails cut side up in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake lobster tails for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Optional: serve with bread to soak up extra butter sauce.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the lobster. Consider using flavored oils or cream instead of butter for variation. Leftover lobster can be added to pasta or salad.
