Preparation
- Chop the garlic and set aside, then prepare the seafood.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes or until opaque.
- Pour in chicken broth and let simmer for a minute. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, simmering for another 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
Serving
- Plate your creamy garlic seafood and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with crusty bread.
Notes
Feel free to add other seafood or vegetables. This creamy sauce is also great over pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
