Preparation
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds, about ¼ inch thick.
- Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Seasoning
- Drain and pat the potato slices dry. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.
Air Frying
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Serving
- Remove from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
