Ingredients
  

For the Potato Preparation
  • 2 large russet potatoes or any potatoes you love
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for that glorious crisp
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoky flavor alert!
  • ½ teaspoon salt more if you’re feeling it
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds, about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Seasoning
  1. Drain and pat the potato slices dry. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.
Air Frying
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the basket.
  2. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Don’t skip the soak for perfect crispiness! Try different potatoes or seasonings for a unique taste.
