  • 3 cups cooked rice leftover rice is perfect
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked or sweet, your choice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • optional Chopped green onions for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper gently.
Cooking
  1. Spread the rice mixture evenly in your air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Once golden and fragrant, drizzle with more olive oil and top with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Customize spices as desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days and reheat in the air fryer for optimal crispiness. You can also roast the rice on a baking sheet in a hot oven if you don't have an air fryer.
