Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss the dried wings in this seasoning mix until they’re evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Baking
- Arrange the wings on the wire rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving
- Toss the wings in your favorite sauce if desired, or serve the sauces on the side for dipping.
Notes
Invest in a good wire rack for better air circulation. Season wings the night before for added flavor. Keep an eye on the cooking time as ovens may vary.
