- Prepare your artichoke hearts by drying them with paper towels.
- Dip each artichoke half into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
- Place the coated artichokes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spritz with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and beautifully browned.
- Allow to cool for a minute before enjoying.
