  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (smoked recommended)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray For a crispier finish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare your artichoke hearts by drying them with paper towels.
  4. Dip each artichoke half into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
  5. Place the coated artichokes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spritz with olive oil spray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and beautifully browned.
  7. Allow to cool for a minute before enjoying.

Notes

Consider serving with a zesty dipping sauce like lemon aioli or marinara. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
