- Dip each zucchini strip into the egg wash first then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until well-coated.
- Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced out.
Cooking
- Spritz the coated zucchini fries with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

- Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
