  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic) Optional depending on preference
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional to taste Grated Parmesan cheese For an extra cheesy touch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and tender.
  3. Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower a few minutes before it’s done roasting.

Notes

Leave space between the florets on the baking sheet to avoid steaming. Add chili powder for spice or toss in chickpeas for a hearty meal.
