Preparation
- Start by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Don't worry if you don’t get it all cooked through; it will finish in the slow cooker.
- While the meat is sizzling, chop those potatoes, carrots, and onions. Toss them straight into the slow cooker.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute before adding it to the pot.
- Mix in the diced tomatoes, corn, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
Cooking
- Set the crock pot on low for about 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Finishing Touches
- Once it’s done, taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add herbs for extra flavor.

Feel free to swap out veggies! Leftovers reheat well and can be frozen for later.
