- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crockpot. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cream cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crockpot and gently stir to coat the chicken.
- Cover the Crockpot and set it on low heat for 6-8 hours.
- Before serving, check the tenderness and flavor. Serve over rice, pasta, or your favorite grain, garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic or sautéed onions. If the mixture is too thick, thinn it out with chicken broth or milk.
