For the cheesecake filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Snickers toppings
  • 2 bars Snickers, chopped Regular-sized
  • 0.25 cups caramel sauce Store-bought options work well.
  • 0.25 cups chocolate sauce Store-bought options work well.
  • 0.25 cups peanuts For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are well-coated.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
Making the Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Add in the whipped topping and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  3. Optionally, taste the filling to ensure it's perfect.
Layering
  1. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped Snickers bars over the top.
Drizzling
  1. Drizzle the caramel and chocolate sauces over the cheesecake.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.

Notes
