- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, rinsed black beans, corn, chopped tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Add the cooked meat to the salad mixture and give it a gentle toss.
- Add the Doritos right before serving to maintain their delightful crunch. Toss them in just enough to coat everything without crushing them too much.
- Serve with salsa drizzled on top, and add a dollop of sour cream and a couple of avocado slices if you’re feeling fancy.
Notes
Customize the spice level by adjusting the salsa. Store leftovers separately to keep the Doritos crunchy for up to 2 days.
