- In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- If desired, mix in optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
- Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper and pour the batter into the dish.
Baking
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing.
Serving
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Pair with yogurt, fresh fruit, or enjoy as is.
Notes
