Preparation

  3. In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. If desired, mix in optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
  6. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper and pour the batter into the dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing.
