  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Fresh and juicy, adds sweetness.

  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained Adds a zesty flavor.
  • ½ cup walnuts, toasted Provides crunch; ensure they are toasted.

  • ¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced Optional for added flavor.
Dressing
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette Or your favorite dressing.

Preparation
  1. Wash and prep the greens: Rinse your mixed greens under cold water and dry thoroughly.
  2. Slice your fruits: Take the strawberries, mandarins, and any other fruits you want to add—slice, dice, and get creative!
  3. Toast the walnuts: In a dry pan over medium heat, toss in the walnuts until golden and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Combine everything: In a large salad bowl, add the greens, sliced fruits, walnuts, and feta.
  2. Dress it up: Drizzle your balsamic vinaigrette over the top and give it a gentle toss.
  3. Serve and enjoy: Serve fresh and watch it disappear!

Notes
