Dressing Ingredients

  1. Start by washing your salad greens and chopping all your veggies.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large salad bowl, mix together the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
Toss and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is well coated. Top with sunflower seeds or sliced almonds.
