  • 1 cup spinach Fresh or frozen, you won't taste it!
  • 1 each banana Frozen or fresh—your choice!
  • 1 cup berries Strawberries, blueberries, or mixed.
  • 1 cup almond milk Or your milk of choice.
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter Substitute with almond butter if desired.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, for added sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Load the blender with spinach, banana, berries, almond milk, and peanut butter.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more almond milk and blend again.
  3. Taste and add honey for extra sweetness if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass or to-go cup and enjoy!
