Ingredients
  

Pulled Pork
  • 1 piece Pork shoulder Use your preferred BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
Chicken Curry
  • 2 pounds Chicken thighs Boneless preferred
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Curry paste Adjust to taste
Vegetable Soup
  • 4 cups Mixed vegetables Any leftovers work
  • 6 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Spices Add according to preference
Beef Stew
  • 2 pounds Beef chuck Cut into cubes
  • 4 medium Carrots Chopped
  • 3 medium Potatoes Cubed
  • 4 cups Beef broth
Honey Garlic Chicken
  • 2 pounds Chicken breasts Boneless
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare all ingredients for the chosen recipes.
  2. Chop vegetables and measure liquids as needed.
Cooking
  1. Add the main ingredients for each recipe to the crockpot.
  2. Set the crockpot to low for the required hours as per each recipe.
  3. Do not open the lid during cooking to retain heat.

Notes

Use liners for easy cleanup. Don't overfill with liquids, as crockpots do not evaporate water like traditional pots. Frozen vegetables can be added towards the end of cooking.
