  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the cheese into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the cheese, salami, and pickles into the marinade and gently stir to coat.
