  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 each egg, beaten

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, celery, onion, parsley, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and add the beaten egg. Mix everything until well incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through and the outside is golden brown.

Notes

These stuffing balls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking. Serve with cranberry sauce or herb dip for extra flavor.
