- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, French onion soup, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Top your meatloaf with a little additional French onion soup, then sprinkle the shredded cheese generously across the top.
Cooking
- Bake in your preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Once done, let the meatloaf rest for about ten minutes before slicing.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
