  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain or vanilla, your call!
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves Or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons citrus-infused honey Or plain honey with a splash of lemon or orange juice
  • 1 pinch salt To enhance those flavors

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast your bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh thyme leaves, and a pinch of salt.
Assembly
