Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Layer Ingredients
  • 1 cup granola your choice of flavor
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit berries, sliced bananas, or other fruits
Equipment
  • 1 unit Mini muffin tin for shaping the cups

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spray the mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
Layering
  1. Add a spoonful of the yogurt mixture into each muffin cup (about halfway full).
  2. Sprinkle in granola and add a layer of fresh fruit. Repeat until the cups are full, finishing with yogurt.
Freezing
  1. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 4 hours or until solid.
Serving
  1. Pop out the cups from the tin and enjoy! Allow them to thaw for a couple of minutes for a softer texture if desired.

Notes
