- Spray the mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
Layering
- Add a spoonful of the yogurt mixture into each muffin cup (about halfway full).
- Sprinkle in granola and add a layer of fresh fruit. Repeat until the cups are full, finishing with yogurt.
Freezing
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 4 hours or until solid.
Serving
- Pop out the cups from the tin and enjoy! Allow them to thaw for a couple of minutes for a softer texture if desired.
