  • 1 each Assorted fresh fruits (apples, bananas, strawberries, grapes, kiwis, pineapples, and any other seasonal fruits you adore) Choose fruits based on seasonality for best flavor.
Garnish and Dipping
  • 1 bunch Fresh mint leaves For garnish.
  • 1 cup Yogurt or honey Optional for dipping.

Preparation
  1. Gather your favorite fruits from your local market or grocery store.
  2. Wash the fruits under cool water. Slice the apples and pears just before serving to prevent browning. Remove green tops from strawberries, and slice bananas right before placement.
Assembly
  1. Find a large, beautiful platter and arrange the fruits in a whimsical pattern, alternating colors and shapes.
  2. Toss fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
  3. Add yogurt or honey in the center for dipping, if desired.

Notes
