  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper Don't skimp on salt to bring out sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip the scallops into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are nicely coated.
  5. Lay the scallops out in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each scallop.
Cooking
  1. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 8-10 minutes until golden and opaque.
Serving
  1. Squeeze lemon over the scallops before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for a crispy finish. Feel free to add red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
