- Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
- Dip the scallops into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are nicely coated.
- Lay the scallops out in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each scallop.
Cooking
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 8-10 minutes until golden and opaque.
Serving
- Squeeze lemon over the scallops before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for a crispy finish. Feel free to add red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
