  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted for the garlic butter mixture
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional) Adds a touch of elegance

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise with a sharp knife.
Make the Garlic Butter
  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whisk in minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Coat the Lobster
  1. Brush the cut sides of the lobster tails generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  2. Save some for basting while grilling.
Grilling
  1. Place the lobster tails on the grill cut sides down.
  2. Grill for 5-7 minutes, basting with more garlic butter halfway through, until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Serving
  1. Remove the lobster tails from the grill and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Choose fresh lobster if possible for the best flavor. Substitute olive oil for a lighter option, although the taste will differ. Avoid overcooking the lobster to ensure tenderness.
