Coat the Lobster
- Brush the cut sides of the lobster tails generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Save some for basting while grilling.
Grilling
- Place the lobster tails on the grill cut sides down.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes, basting with more garlic butter halfway through, until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Serving
- Remove the lobster tails from the grill and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
