Ingredients
Method
Preparation of Saffron Mash
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a small bowl, steep the saffron threads in the cream (or milk) to release their flavor.
- Once the potatoes are ready, drain and return them to the pot. Add the saffron-infused cream, butter, and salt, then mash until smooth.
Preparation of Garlic Butter and Lobster
- In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped lobster meat, ensuring it is coated in the garlic butter. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
Serving
- Serve the garlic butter lobster atop a scoop of saffron mash.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Opt for fresh lobster for the best taste. Avoid overheating the lobster to retain tenderness.
