Ingredients
  

For the lobster medallions
  • 4 pieces lobster tails Fresh lobster tails
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped For garnish
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • as needed Lemon wedges For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen shears.
Cooking
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter and add the minced garlic. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Season the lobster halves with salt and pepper, then drizzle the garlic butter generously over them.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked.
  4. Remove the lobster from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

If you burn the garlic, it can still add depth to the flavor. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or garlic bread for an enjoyable meal.
