Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces lobster tails, halved and meat removed Ensure the tails are split properly for even cooking.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Use unsalted for better control over seasoning.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced More garlic enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Adds a zesty touch.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust based on personal preference.
  • tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish and added color.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by accurately splitting open your lobster tails.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Place the lobster medallions into the skillet with the melted garlic butter.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the meat turns opaque and begins to curl.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked lobster, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Gently toss to coat the medallions with butter.
  7. Transfer the lobster medallions to a serving platter, drizzle with remaining garlic butter sauce, and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Consider using shrimp if lobster feels too fancy. Adding white wine to the butter mixture can enhance the flavor. If sauce appears lumpy, stir to smooth out.
