  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise. Place the halved tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.
Cooking Shrimp

  2. Toss in the shrimp with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Combining and Baking
  1. Pour the garlic butter over both the lobster tails and the shrimp.
  2. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and firm.
Serving
  1. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve alongside lemon wedges.

Notes

Take your time while melting the butter to infuse the garlic flavor. You can substitute shrimp with scallops or veggies. Garnishing elevates the presentation of the dish.
