Preparation
- Preheat your broiler to high.
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and pull the lobster meat slightly up.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Brush the garlic butter over the lobster meat and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Cooking
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and browned.
- Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the lobster bites and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the fridge overnight. Serve with aioli or lemon wedges for dipping for an elevated experience.
