Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the lobster tails down the middle with a sharp knife.
  3. Place them onto a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Generously drizzle the garlic butter over the lobster tails.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.

Notes
