Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the lobster tails down the middle with a sharp knife.
- Place them onto a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Generously drizzle the garlic butter over the lobster tails.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
Serving
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.
Notes
If you've never cooked lobster before, don’t stress! Just keep an eye on the cooking time to avoid overcooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
