Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces lobster tails
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells down the center, from the meaty part to the tail, and gently pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the tail end.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  2. Drizzle a little extra garlic butter on top and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcook the lobster to keep it tender and juicy. Consider adding lemon wedges in the baking dish for an extra zing. Leftover garlic butter can be used to drizzle on steamed veggies or tossed with pasta for a quick meal.
