Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Carefully cut the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat without cutting all the way through.
Making the Garlic Butter
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
Baking
- Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and drizzle the garlic butter over the meat.
- Season with salt and pepper, and optionally sprinkle parsley on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-18 minutes until the meat is white and opaque.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster tails.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t worry if your butter sauce looks a little lumpy; that’s part of the charm! Avoid overcooking the lobster to maintain tenderness. For a bit of kick, add paprika on top.
