  • 4 pieces lobster tails Make sure they are fresh.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted for garlic butter.
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced) For a rich garlic flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped) Optional for garnish.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.
For Garnish
  • 2 pieces lemon wedges For serving and garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Carefully cut the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat without cutting all the way through.
Making the Garlic Butter
  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
Baking
  1. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and drizzle the garlic butter over the meat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, and optionally sprinkle parsley on top.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 15-18 minutes until the meat is white and opaque.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster tails.
  2. Serve with extra lemon wedges and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t worry if your butter sauce looks a little lumpy; that’s part of the charm! Avoid overcooking the lobster to maintain tenderness. For a bit of kick, add paprika on top.
