Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the middle lengthwise, being careful not to cut through the meat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, then stir in the minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking dish and baste generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Cooking
- Pop the dish in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and white.
- Remove the lobster from the oven and give them another drizzle of garlic butter before serving.
Serving
- Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
Notes
If using frozen lobster tails, ensure they are completely thawed before cooking. For a more garlic flavor, feel free to increase the amount of garlic used.
