  • 4 pieces lobster tails Fresh or frozen, fully thawed if frozen.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick, melted.
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried).
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Lemon wedges For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the middle lengthwise, being careful not to cut through the meat.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, then stir in the minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking dish and baste generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Cooking
  1. Pop the dish in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and white.
  2. Remove the lobster from the oven and give them another drizzle of garlic butter before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!

Notes

If using frozen lobster tails, ensure they are completely thawed before cooking. For a more garlic flavor, feel free to increase the amount of garlic used.
