Preparation
- Start by patting the scallops dry with a paper towel.
Searing the Scallops
- In a large skillet, melt half the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the scallops and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the scallops and set them aside on a plate.
Cooking Lobster and Garlic
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and toss in the garlic.
- Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the lobster pieces and cook for around 4-5 minutes until just opaque.
Combining Ingredients
- Return the scallops to the pan and gently mix with the lobster.
- Season with salt and pepper and toss in the fresh parsley.
Serving
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Don’t rush the searing process. Give the scallops room in the pan and use fresh seafood for the best results.
