Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
  2. Once the butter starts to froth, add the minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Add lemon juice and fold in chopped parsley. Let it simmer for another minute.

Notes

A pinch of red pepper flakes can add a kick. This dish pairs beautifully with salad, rice, or pasta. Don't worry if the sauce looks lumpy, just stir gently!
