Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey for a healthier twist
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese because, let’s be honest, cheese makes everything better
  • 1 cup biscuit dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese the more cheese, the merrier!
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced for that oh-so-wonderful aroma
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce for added depth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the baking pan

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat, stir in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Allow the meat mixture to cool slightly before mixing in the cheddar cheese.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the biscuit dough.
  5. Take about 2 tablespoons of the meat and cheese mixture and place it in the center of each biscuit round. Fold and pinch the dough to secure the filling.
  6. Place the bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Enhance flavor with fresh herbs or add spices like jalapeños for a kick. Serve with ketchup-mayo mix or spicy ranch.
