Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat, stir in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Allow the meat mixture to cool slightly before mixing in the cheddar cheese.
- On a floured surface, roll out the biscuit dough.
- Take about 2 tablespoons of the meat and cheese mixture and place it in the center of each biscuit round. Fold and pinch the dough to secure the filling.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Enhance flavor with fresh herbs or add spices like jalapeños for a kick. Serve with ketchup-mayo mix or spicy ranch.
