Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to use your favorite cheese.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust according to your preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Adds depth of flavor.
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Use the smallest size biscuits for best results.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add more for topping if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter (melted) You can use regular melted butter too.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season the beef mixture well.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce while it cooks.
  3. Drain any excess fat and mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until melted and combined.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit slightly.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool for a minute before enjoying.

Notes

These bombs can be customized with different fillings or cheeses. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
