Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce while it cooks.
- Drain any excess fat and mix in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until melted and combined.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a minute before enjoying.
Notes
These bombs can be customized with different fillings or cheeses. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
