  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Feel free to use more if you’re adventurous
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adjust to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste Salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Start by placing the bite-sized chicken pieces in a large bowl.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and toss until they’re all coated. Cover and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
Cooking
  1. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

  1. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill, serve warm, and enjoy.
