Ingredients
  

Shrimp Ingredients
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • as needed Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the shrimp; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top, allowing it to melt.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Don’t skip out on the parsley for added flavor; feel free to add red pepper flakes for an extra kick!
