- In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top, allowing it to melt.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Don’t skip out on the parsley for added flavor; feel free to add red pepper flakes for an extra kick!
