  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for brushing) Helps in achieving a golden crust.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (for garnish) Optional but recommended for presentation.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut out the center of the round bread to create a bowl shape and save the removed bread for serving or snacking.
  3. Place the Brie cheese inside the hollowed-out bread.
  4. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the Brie, followed by layering the prosciutto on top.
  5. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of hot honey over the prosciutto and cheese.
  6. Brush the outside of the bread bowl lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Baking
  1. Place the assembled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
  2. Once baked, drizzle a little more hot honey over the top and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Keep an eye on the Brie; you want it gooey but not burst. Explore different herbs or additional dippables for variety.
