Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut out the center of the round bread to create a bowl shape and save the removed bread for serving or snacking.
- Place the Brie cheese inside the hollowed-out bread.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic over the Brie, followed by layering the prosciutto on top.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of hot honey over the prosciutto and cheese.
- Brush the outside of the bread bowl lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Baking
- Place the assembled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
- Once baked, drizzle a little more hot honey over the top and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Keep an eye on the Brie; you want it gooey but not burst. Explore different herbs or additional dippables for variety.
