Cooking the Steak
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. When hot, add the steak bites.
- Sear the steak bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Cook a bit longer if you prefer a well-done bite.
Adding Garlic
- Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking the steak.
- Let the garlic become fragrant without burning.
Cooking the Eggs
- Once the steak is cooked to your liking, season with salt and pepper and push to one side of the skillet.
- Crack the eggs into the cleared space and scramble gently.
- Cook until the eggs are just set.
Serving
- Plate the garlic steak bites alongside the fluffy eggs.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
Notes
Don’t rush the garlic to avoid bitterness. Use a meat thermometer for steak doneness. Feel free to spice it up with red pepper flakes.
