Ingredients
  

Feta Filling
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Phyllo Wrapping
  • 7 sheets phyllo dough
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted For brushing
Spiced Honey
  • ¼ cup honey Adjust according to sweetness preference
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust to your spice preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crumbled feta, ricotta, oregano, garlic powder, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Unroll phyllo dough and keep it covered with a damp cloth.
  4. Take one sheet of phyllo, brush lightly with melted butter, and layer another sheet on top. Repeat for 3-4 sheets.
  5. Place about a tablespoon of filling at one end of the stacked phyllo, roll tightly, and seal the edges with butter.
Baking
  1. Place rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush tops with butter, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Making Spiced Honey
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey and cayenne pepper. Stir until warm and well combined.
Serving
  1. Once rolls are golden and crispy, drizzle generously with spiced honey and serve immediately.

Notes

Phyllo dough can tear; overlap pieces if needed. You can experiment with different fillings like spinach or roasted red peppers. Rolls can be assembled in advance and frozen; bake from frozen.
