Ingredients
  

For the rolls
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (the kind with icing)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
For the toasted marshmallow swirl
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough and roll it out on a floured surface.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Brush this mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the dough.
  5. Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into about 12 equal slices.
Baking
  1. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Toasted Marshmallow Swirl
  1. In a small pot on low heat, combine marshmallows, heavy cream, and vanilla. Stir until melted and gooey.
  2. Once the rolls are done baking, drizzle the marshmallow mixture over the top.
Finishing Touch
  1. Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll package over the entire rolls.
  2. Serve and enjoy your delicious cinnamon rolls!

Notes

For a quicker preparation, you can use frozen cinnamon rolls. Feel free to customize toppings like dark chocolate or caramel. Add extra marshmallows for a gooier texture.
