Ingredients

For the Biscuit Bombs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Or substitute with preferred cheese.
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted For coating.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Or use 1 tablespoon of dried parsley.
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and softened cream cheese. Add in the minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and pull apart the biscuits. Cut each one in half, creating small rounds.
Assembly
  1. Flatten a piece of biscuit dough in your palm, add a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center, then pinch the edges together to form a ball.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and any leftover garlic. Roll each filled biscuit bomb in this garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
Baking
  1. Place your biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For a little kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture. These biscuit bombs can also be prepped earlier in the day and kept in the fridge until baking.
