Ingredients
  

Pizza Base Ingredients
  • 1 piece Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic Can substitute with sautéed minced garlic if you’re short on time
Pizza Topping Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh spinach Can substitute with kale or other greens
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese Don't skip this!
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into your desired shape.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the roasted garlic and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Spread the garlic and oil mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
Assembly
  1. Distribute the spinach evenly over the dough.
  2. Add dollops of ricotta, sprinkle mozzarella, and crumble feta on top.
  3. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  2. Let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For easy cleanup, line your baking sheet with parchment paper before baking. Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
