  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to mix.
  3. Stir in the Greek yogurt until the dough comes together.
  4. Lightly flour your work surface and knead the dough for about a minute.
  5. Divide the dough into five equal pieces and roll each into a rope about 8-10 inches long, pinching the ends to form circles.
  6. If using toppings, brush the bagels lightly with water and sprinkle your chosen toppings.
  7. Bake the bagels on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool on a rack for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For dough that is too sticky, sprinkle a little more flour while kneading. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze for later use.
