- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to mix.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt until the dough comes together.
- Lightly flour your work surface and knead the dough for about a minute.
- Divide the dough into five equal pieces and roll each into a rope about 8-10 inches long, pinching the ends to form circles.
- If using toppings, brush the bagels lightly with water and sprinkle your chosen toppings.
- Bake the bagels on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool on a rack for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For dough that is too sticky, sprinkle a little more flour while kneading. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze for later use.
