Preparation
- Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Cooking
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and discard the leftover marinade.

Assembly
- Let steak rest for a few minutes, then slice.
- In a big bowl, mix greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and diced avocado.
- Toss the salad mix with sliced steak, sprinkle feta cheese, and drizzle additional balsamic vinegar if desired.
